How are my 7% commissions determined?
Every time a customer comes to an ArtCity site through your website and makes a purchase, you earn a 7% commission. The price on the ArtCity site is the final price unless a discount is extended to the customer. Your commission will be 7% of the final sales price, less discounts (if applicable), returns and shipping. Here is an example:

How often do I get paid?
Every month ShareASale.com calculates commissions owed for orders shipped in the previous month and mails out a commission check. Usually the check is mailed on the 20th of the month for all the sales in the previous month, less any returns.

No! Commissions from returned orders are subtracted from your total commissions before your monthly commission check is mailed to you.

How long will I get commissions on a customer?
We offer 90 days cookie duration, one of the highest in the industry. That means if a visitor comes back and makes a purchase within three months ShareASale will count that and book you a commission.

How involved am I with the order process?
You are not involved at all. Once your customers come to your ArtCity home page, we do the rest. Your customers place orders with ArtCity right from the website. We process the credit cards, fulfill the orders and handle all customer service.

How long does it take to process an order?
Once an order is placed and approved it normally takes 1-3 days to process and ship the order. If an order is temporarilty out of stock it may take an additional 5-7 business days. Orders for custom products may take up to 3 weeks to process and ship.

Can customers return an order?
With ArtCity customer satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
- Customers can return item within 30 days.
- Customers will receive a refund for the purchase price less applicable restocking fee.
- Customers pay their return shipping costs.
- Refunds are subtracted from total monies collected when calculating your commission.
